Blueberry Cherrie Açaí Bowl by @katieinthekitchen
As Katie from @katieinthekitchen said, filled with nourishing ingredients and the added superfood açai , this smoothie bowl is sure to fill you up but leave you feeling light, refreshed and powered for the day ahead.
In a high speed blender, blend together:
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen cherries (or any fruit of your choice)
- 1 handful of ice
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water or milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp Pure Jungle açaí
Dollop in to a bowl and top with extra fruit, nuts, seeds and cereals!
