#PureJungleAcai Porridge Bowl
- 100g rolled oats
- 200 + 50 ml almond or other plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp Pure Jungle acai powder
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup to drizzle.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, mix the oats, 200ml milk and sliced bananas. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Turn down the heat and cook for 4-5 mins, stirring all the time.
- Remove pan from heat when porridge is cooked and add 50 ml extra milk and açaí powder.
- Mix well. Serve in a bowl with berries, other toppings of choice (almonds and other nuts or seeds are great to add some texture!) and a drizzle of honey.
